NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE Prizedraws ON THE freeprizedraws.ie WEBSITE.

These are the rules ('Official Rules') that apply to all Prizedraws and Competitions hosted on www.freeprizedraws.ie (the "freeprizedraw Website") and websites which freeprizedraw.ie provides prizedraw services too.

Please read these terms and conditions in conjunction with our privacy policy statement.

If you do not comply with the Official Rules you may be disqualified from all prizedraws without further notice.
Individual open and close dates for prizedraws are featured in the individual prizedraw terms and conditions. Please read these as you enter each prizedraw.
False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible.

Eligibility
you are eligible to enter a prizedraw if you are:

an Irish citizen or a legal resident of Ireland at all times during the freeprizedraw;

18 years old or older on the open date of the prizedraw;


not an employee, agent, affiliate, officer or director of Lifestyles Online Ireland Limited, freeprizedraw.ie or of any advertiser, promotion agency, fulfilment agency or agent of Lifestyles Online Ireland Limited, or of anyone else professionally connected with any Prizedraw, nor a family member of any of these;

human - any use of electronic devices to enhance or alter your odds of winning will count as a false or deceptive entry;


an active (i.e. currently subscribed) member of the Freeprizedraw site at the date of entering the prizedraw and on the close date of the prizedraw;


entering a prizedraw on or after the open date and on or before the close date of that prizedraw;

and
 otherwise compliant with all the Official Rules.


Freeprizedraw.ie may require you to provide proof that you are eligible and the authorised account holder of the email addresses used to enter a prizedraw. "Authorised account holder" means the natural person to whom the email address in question has been assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organisation (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address.
If you fail to provide all required information you may be disqualified.
It is a condition of entry that all information given is true, current and full.
You may not enter using multiple email addresses or as multiple participants. You are allowed only one entry, per entrant, per prizedraw. If you attempt to use multiple addresses or enter more than once, you may be disqualified from all Prizedraws.
Freeprizedraws.ie undertakes to use reasonable efforts to maintain adequate email, internet and other communication links but is not otherwise responsible for and shall not be liable for:
late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries;
telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties;
errors in transmission; or
prize deliveries attempted but not received.


If you are disqualified, Freeprizedraws.ie is under no obligation to publish this fact on this site or anywhere else.

Prizes


Details of individual prize values can be found in individual prizedraw terms and conditions.
Freeprizedraws.ie reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value or a cash alternative at any time and for any reason, e.g. if the advertised prize is no longer available.
Freeprizedraws.ie cannot guarantee the prize shown will be the same as the prize awarded. All images of prizes are shown for illustrative purposes only.

Any Prizedraw or Competition shown on the Freeprizedraw Website may be conducted over one or more other websites simultaneously which may or may not be accessible to or limited to entries from Irish residents. In such cases, the prizes advertised as part of the prizedraw are available across all such websites.


The prizewinner for each Prizedraw will be chosen randomly from all valid entries received.
Each Prize will be delivered to the home address of the prizewinner. Please allow twenty-eight (28) days for delivery unless otherwise stated in the relevant individual Prizedraw terms and conditions.
Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

Entry

By entering any Prizedraw, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and by all decisions of Freeprizedraws.ie .
By registering with the Freeprizedraws.ie website, or entering any Freeprizedraws.ie Ticket or partner sponsored Prizedraws you agree that Freeprizedraws.ie may share your registration information with its partners (and you agree to receive offers from Freeprizedraws.ie and such partners) which may be stated in your respective registration and prizedraws entries. Such offers will be sent only by Freeprizedraws.ie and its partners, all of whom agree to use your registration information only as stated and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and amended act 2003 and all other applicable data protection laws. To enter you must complete the registration process. If required you must confirm your entry by clicking on the "CONFIRM MEMBERSHIP" link in the confirmation email sent to your email address.
Any of your dealings with or participation in promotions offered by clients of Freeprizedraws.ie, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, is solely between you and the partner.
Freeprizedraws.ie or Lifestyles Online Ireland Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings or promotions.
After confirming your entry, you may, at any time opt out of receiving the emails by visiting editing your registration (by clicking 'Update your details' on the Freeprizedraws.ie website). You can also edit your contact preferences via this link.

How to win
Prizedraw winners will be randomly chosen by a representative of Lifestyles Online Ireland Ltd (the "Judge") on or around the stated closing date from all eligible entries received. 
All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry.
The decisions of Lifestyles Online Ireland Ltd will be final and binding in all matters regarding any Prizedraw and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each winner's full name and county will be included on the 'Winners' page of the Freeprizedraws.ie website and other websites on which the relevant Prizedraws were featured. Winners may be required to supply a photograph for publication and/or take part in further reasonable promotional activities.
If you are a winner, you may be required to sign affidavits of eligibility, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, publicity releases and return these within five (5) days.
In the event that:
such affidavits and releases are not signed;
any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or 
the winner otherwise declines or fails to properly claim his or her prize within five (5) days of notification 
that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing at Freeprizedraws.ie sole discretion.

Prizedraws Entered on Other Sites

Prizedraws entered on sites other than the Freeprizedraws.ie Website and its sub-pages are not bound by these Official Rules. Please refer to the rules and terms and conditions on the relevant website for more details.

General Conditions
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Freeprizedraws.ie, Freeprizedraws.ie expressly disclaims any responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release and to hold Freeprizedraws.ie (and its employees, officers, directors, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with any prize or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize.
Freeprizedraws.ie (and its employees, officers, directors, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) are not responsible for any condition caused by events beyond the control of Freeprizedraws.ie that may cause the Prizedraw to be disrupted.

Freeprizedraws.ie reserves the right to modify scheduling of any Freeprizedraw.ie or partner-sponsored Prizedraw without prior notice at any time and for any reason.
Freeprizedraw.ie reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Freeprizedraw.ie Ticket or partner sponsored prizedraw without notice at any time and for any reason.
In the event of termination, suspension or modification of a prizedraw Freeprizedraws.ie may, in its sole discretion, elect to award the prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all participants who have validly entered the prizedraw by that time.
